Terms and conditions

  1.  At Zinkpot Write we are very much careful on the issues of Copyright violation and Piracy. So Writer must ensure that the article/piece being submitted is their original content and not directly copied from somewhere else.
  2. If case of copyright violations, the writer would themselves be responsible for all legal and economic cost and penalties involved from the suer. Zinkpot would have no obligations whatsoever.
  3. The payment made would include two components. One Basic which is to be made when the article is published and Second Performance based.
  4. If viewership and ratings of any article crosses 1000 views in a given week, additional 30% of the base pay would be paid.
  5. All rights on the articles posted on Zinkpot are it’s own property and no sale, resale, copy is allowed and the violators are subject to face legal consequences.
