Cluster development programme focuses on initiatives that encourage enterprises and institutions to undertake joint actions that could ultimately yield benefits to the cluster as a whole and the communities in which they are embedded. क्लस्टर विकास कार्यक्रम उन पहलों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करता है जो उद्यमों और संस्थानों को संयुक्त कार्रवाई करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करती हैं जो अंततः क्लस्टर को समग्र रूप से और उन समुदायों को लाभान्वित कर सकती हैं जिनमें वे सन्निहित हैं।

A cluster is a group of enterprises located within an identifiable contiguous area and producing same/ similar products, which can be linked together by common physical infrastructure facilities that help address their common challenges. एक क्लस्टर उद्यमों का एक समूह है जो एक पहचाने जाने योग्य निकटवर्ती क्षेत्र के भीतर स्थित है और समान उत्पादों का उत्पादन करता है, जिसे सामान्य भौतिक बुनियादी सुविधाओं से जोड़ा जा सकता है जो उनकी आम चुनौतियों का समाधान करने में मदद करता है।

The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India (GoI) has adopted the Cluster Development approach as a key strategy for enhancing the productivity and competitiveness as well as capacity building of MSEs. सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय (एमएसएमई), भारत सरकार (जीओआई) ने एमएसई की उत्पादकता और प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता के साथ-साथ क्षमता निर्माण को बढ़ाने के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण रणनीति के रूप में क्लस्टर विकास दृष्टिकोण को अपनाया है।

Objectives: To support the sustainability and growth of MSEs by addressing common issues such as improvement of technology, skills and quality, market access, etc. उद्देश्य: प्रौद्योगिकी, कौशल और गुणवत्ता, बाजार पहुंच आदि में सुधार जैसे सामान्य मुद्दों को संबोधित करके एमएसई की स्थिरता और विकास का समर्थन करना।

To build capacity of MSEs for common supportive action through formation of self-help groups, consortia, upgradation of associations, etc. स्वयं सहायता समूहों, संघों, संघों के उन्नयन आदि के गठन के माध्यम से सामान्य सहायक कार्रवाई के लिए एमएसई की क्षमता का निर्माण करना।

To create/upgrade infrastructural facilities in new/existing industrial areas/clusters of MSEs. एमएसई के नए/मौजूदा औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों/क्लस्टर में ढांचागत सुविधाओं का निर्माण/उन्नयन करना।

To set up Common Facility Centres. सामान्य सुविधा केन्द्रों की स्थापना करना।

Promotion of green and sustainable manufacturing technology for the clusters. क्लस्टरों के लिए हरित और टिकाऊ विनिर्माण प्रौद्योगिकी को बढ़ावा देना।
